The company was established in 2005 for the purpose of bridging the gap in cultural and behavioral disparities that exist in the disadvantage cultures. The organization focus specifically on overcoming behavioral deficiencies in areas related to social cultural , educational and health in disadvantage cultures and subcultures that have caused displacement in society.
